We meet via secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing. You'll receive a link to join. All you need is a private space and a device with a camera and internet. Research shows online therapy is as effective as in-person.
The first session is about getting to know you. We'll discuss your concerns, goals, and what brought you to therapy. It's a chance to share your story and begin building a plan together. No pressure — just conversation.
Standard sessions are 50 minutes. We typically meet weekly or bi-weekly depending on your needs. Frequency can be adjusted as you progress.
Yes, therapy is confidential with limited legal exceptions such as imminent safety concerns. I use secure, encrypted platforms for all communications and sessions.
24 hours notice is required for cancellations. Sessions canceled with less notice may be charged the full session fee. Life happens — please just reach out as soon as possible.
