What My Clients Say
Real stories from people who've taken the first step
"Victoria is incredibly kind, compassionate, and easy to talk to. She made me feel truly seen and supported, and our sessions helped me heal and find clarity during a difficult time. I’m very grateful for her and highly recommend Therapy by Victoria."
"I was skeptical about online therapy, especially for trauma work. Victoria's EMDR approach via telehealth was surprisingly effective. She's patient, never pushes, and genuinely cares. For the first time, my past doesn't control my present."
"Going through a divorce in my 40s felt impossible. Victoria helped me navigate the grief while building myself back up. Her bilingual sessions in Spanish meant my mom could join a session too. I'm stronger now than I've ever been."
